Corinne Day R.I.P.

I had the pleasure of knowing Corinne Day as around seven years ago I spent a week with her and Mark (her husband) in Capri. It was a work trip but very friendly and informal, I even fell in love with her assistant Matthew and ended up marrying him. Needless to say it was a brilliant week; I got to see a photographer I have always admired at work and fall in love. I worked with Corinne since that trip but mainly spent time with her and Mark on a more sociable level. She was an extremely fascinating person with much warmth and a huge talent who will be dearly missed.
Sleep well Corinne.

Here are a few photos I took from our week in Capri that I will always cherish.

It's wonderful that you were able to share such beautiful memories with her - sometimes, in the end, memories are what matter most.

It is always so sad to read about still young and creative people that left our world. That is however inspirational because we see how we have to enjoy life and the presence of others.
